Dieting

Guys, i'm on diet from this moment onwards.



I began to realize that grad ceremony is in less than a month so i have no choice but to FORCE myself to be on diet. Yes. DIET!!



Lose 3 kgs in 3 weeks!!!



Hopefully it's possible lah, yea. Haaaaaa, tho i think i lack some determination. =.=" Nvm, from today onwards you guys must help me to lose weight too. Take note of my calories intake and the junk food i eat. Restraint me from eating those! Super sinful!



So now i shall disclose my daily diet plan. HEE.

Morning: Yoghurt.
Lunch: Green Tea. (Jap Style)
Dinner: Less rice, more veg. (Drink a BIG mug of water before meal.)

NO SOFT-DRINKS
STAY AWAY FROM SWEETY FOOD
